bowernet was formed by Mark Bower in 2004.  Mark has over 7 years in the IT industry working with some of the biggest finance and insurance companies in the UK, and his background is traditionally in the IBM Mainframe technology areas. Mark has knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, VB, VBScript, Dreamweaver, PHP, MYSql, Apache, IIS, ASP and CGI.  He is always learning new technologies and can use these to enhance and develop your site.

Mark also has experience of working within small and large companies, and can use his experience of the development life cycle when working with you to design your site and provide after-sales support. He understands the benefits of face-to-face discussions and can come to your business or home to work with you during the design and build of your site.
