Here are some of the questions we are commonly asked:

Q: How much do you charge to build a site?

A: We charge on a sliding scale, and our charges for simple static sites start from as low as £100. At the moment we are including 3 months free support with each site we build, and the charges for the support after that period are negotiable. For more detailed information see our pricing page.

Q: How long will it take to build my site?

A: It depends on how big your site is and what our current workload is. SImple sites can be delivered in as little as 2-4 weeks, and larger dynamic sites are usually delivered on a rolling basis so that the basic functionality of the site is available as soon as possible. Further functionality is then rolled out over the following 4-8 weeks or so, which means you get your site up and running quickly and the functions increase over time.

Q: How much help can you give me with the design?

A: We will work with you to come up with a design that meets your needs, although if you are unsure what your needs are exactly we can help you using our experience in this area.

Q: What payment methods can you support?

A: We have experience of incorporating Paypal and Nochex functionality into our sites. However if you would like to use a different merchant services provider we can accomodate that request.

Q: Can you maintain the site for me afterwards?

A: As mentioned, we can provide a full service of design, build and support. How you choose to control your site is entirely down to you.

Q: Can you submit my site to search engines?

A: We can automatically submit your site a number of search engines, and we know the techniques that can be used to enhance your site's visibility. It must be noted that there is no quick substitute for traditional advertising techniques such as newspaper advertisements and business cards, so you will have to put in a little time to promote your site as well!
